Spirit Airlines -- will begin limiting passengers to a single checked piece of luggage. Effective Saturday (Feb. 10), passengers must pay $10 to check a second suitcase on Spirit flights (and $100 for a third bag). The first freely checked bag cannot weigh more than 50 pounds.
